Arriving in two weeks! Will have our digital camera but wondering if PhotoPass is worth the $$. Any suggestions?

    Heather,

We always bring our digital camera, but also get a Photopass card.  The Photopass photographers are throughout the park to take family photos at the most popular locations.  They are also at most character meet and greet locations.  The best part is that the whole family is in the picture.

The Photopass card is free.  You can get one from any photopass photographer that you see in the park.  After that, all you have to do is hand it to the other photographers you come across.  After your vacation all of your pictures will be available for viewing or emailing to friends and family for a period of time.  You can choose to simply buy the best picture or two, or you can purchase the PhotoCD that contains all of your pictures.

To be on the safe side, take a picture of the back side of your photopass card when you get it.  This way, if you accidently lose it, you can still access the pictures online via the code on the back.  If you happen to end up with more than one Photopass card you can combine them together in your account later at home.

I hope that helped.  Enjoy your vacation!
