I will be arriving with a travel trailer. Will there be parking accommodations and if so how early can I arrive and park it before my check in time as to start enjoying the park?

Hey there, Dominic, and a great big welcome to planDisney!

Wow, gearing up for a cross-country trek all the way from Florida to the Happiest Place on Earth in your travel trailer? That sounds like an epic adventure worthy of its own Disney movie—maybe even A Goofy Movie in real life! I can just picture you now, map in hand, ready for some serious fun, just like Goofy and Max on their way to Lake Destiny... or in your case, the Disneyland Resort!

You'll be pleased to know that you're absolutely welcome to bring your trusty travel trailer! When you arrive, you'll find convenient parking accommodations specifically for oversized vehicles like RVs and travel trailers at the Toy Story Parking Area. It's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the magic! All of the details, including pricing and how to get there, can be found on this handy dandy parking page.

Now, about getting a head start on the fun—I love your thinking! The Disneyland Resort parking locations, including the Toy Story Parking Area, typically open 60 minutes before the earliest standard Disneyland Resort theme park opening time. So, for example, if either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park is scheduled to open at 8:00 AM, the parking areas will be open by 7:00 AM. This gives you a great window to get parked and make your way to the park entrance, ready to hit the ground running when those gates officially open! Be sure to check the official Daily Events Schedule for your specific arrival date as you prepare for your visit.

Since your trip is coming up in just a couple of short weeks, Dominic, I’d love to share a few pro tips for your visit! To make the most of your first day, having a loose game plan for which park to visit first and your must-do attractions is a great idea. And speaking of navigating, just like Max needed that map in A Goofy Movie, the Disneyland mobile app is your essential tool. It’ll be your guide to park maps, attraction wait times, and even mobile ordering food and drinks ahead of time so you can maximize the magic.

And Dominic, get ready to "Celebrate Happy!" because your visit coincides with the incredible Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, which is happening right now! This resort-wide party honors seven decades of magic, and you'll be able to experience special entertainment, admire the dazzling décor, discover unique merchandise, and indulge in festive food and beverage offerings created just for this milestone. It's truly an unforgettable time to be at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Now, while you certainly don't want to think about the end of your amazing adventure just yet, when it eventually does draw to a close, remember one of the fantastic perks of having your travel trailer: all that wonderful extra space! As you gather your magical memories, you'll have plenty of room to carefully pack away those special souvenirs and perhaps some delectable Disneyland treats to savor once you're back on the road—gotta keep the magic going!

Now that you have your travel trailer parking all squared away and a few pro tips in your back pocket, Dominic, it sounds like you're all set for an incredible adventure! I'm so excited for you to experience all the wonder of Disneyland Resort, especially during the amazing 70th Celebration. Safe travels, and see ya real soon!
