We are arriving by train--our train ride is an overnight trip and we will be arriving in WD around noon Is there somewhere we can freshen up if our rooms are not ready?

    Hi there, Donna!

Once you arrive on property, proceed directly to your Walt Disney World Resort.  Regardless of whether or not your room is ready, you should complete the check-in process.  Depending on the time of year, you might get lucky and have your room ready early.  There is, of course, no guarantee of this.  If you room is not ready, you will be asked for necessary information to check-in.  Once you are finished, you can store any luggage with Bell Services.  You can also select if you would like to receive a text message or phone call when your room is ready.  When you receive that information, you will be notified of your room number so that you can proceed directly to your room.  It's that simple!  In the meantime, you are welcome to use the resort's public facilities to freshen up.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
