Welcome to planDisney, Ashley! Arriving at the Most Magical Place on Earth today should be practically perfect in every way. I am going to keep this short and sweet as I know you are in a hurry to put your worries behind you and get your vacation started.
The quick answer: ask Guest Services at the front desk of your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you ordered
MagicBand+ for your family within 10 days of your arrival, they would have been delivered to your resort. If you ordered them with time to be shipped to your home and they did not arrive, let the Cast Members at the front desk know. They will be able to assist with options to make sure you have what you need for your stay.
If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World resort and ordered your MagicBand+ through the
Disney Store, I would suggest checking the email confirmation for any shipping information. I know that is little assistance when you are in Orlando, but at least you could see where they are. You can stop by Guest Services at any of the theme parks for a Key to World Card to be able to enter and navigate the parks.
