Arriving third week in Nov., staying at the Cabins @ Ft Wilderness. We have breakfast and dinner reservations are at the Poly and GF. What would be the best way to get to these hotels using the boat transport and approximate travel times? Thanks!

    Hello there Arturo!

Congratulations on your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!

Traveling from The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground to neighbouring Magic Kingdom area resorts is so pleasant and easy.

When traveling to make it to Disney Dining Reservations on time, you should always allow a full hour of total transportation time. The routes you mention above should only take you about 30-40 minutes of travel time however you'll want to also also time to wait for your transportation to arrive and perhaps even allow for a bit of time to enjoy your surroundings en route!

You have two options to reach Disney's Polynesian Resort and Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
From the marina at Disney's Fort Wilderness, take a boat either to Disney's Contemporary Resort (the boat will first stop at Disney's Wilderness Lodge along the way) or take a boat to Magic Kingdom.

From Disney's Contemporary Resort marina, head inside and up to the Resort Monorail which will take you directly to either of the resorts mentioned above (Polynesian is 2nd stop after leaving Contemporary while Grand Floridian is 3rd).

From Magic Kingdom, you can enjoy a second leg of your journey by taking a boat over to Disney's Grand Floridian and Polynesian Resorts (transfer boats when you reach Magic Kingdom).

I hope this information helps you out Arturo.
Please feel free to write back if you have additional questions. I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
