Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah!
Every time you enter a Theme Park, even at night, your tickets will be activated. If you want to save your tickets to use them from Monday on (as it is indeed a smart move), you may otherwise have dinner at one of the amazing Disney Hotels. My husband and I did it when we arrived for our honeymoon and we had a great time!
Some of the best food at the Walt Disney World Resort can be found at its hotels, and I'm sure you will find the perfect place to start your vacation. 'Ohana, at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, offers a great atmosphere for a family-style dinner with a priceless view of Magic Kingdom Park's fireworks if you can time your reservation to them. If not, you can always watch them from the beach. It is truly a sight to remember!
Located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Jiko - The Cooking Place is my favorite restaurant and has the largest African wine cellar outside of Africa. The Charcuterie and Cheese Board is always full of delicious surprises and the Mrouzia-style Moroccan Lamb Tagine just melts in your mouth. I'm dreaming about it right now!
If you'd rather start your vacation with a perfect steak, the Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort is your destination. If you prefer to enjoy the company of a few magical characters, then the Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is your place - the food is as enchanted as the location, Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
I am sure that you will find the perfect restaurant to start your trip on a high note, and I'd advise you to
make a reservation as soon as you decide, as some of those locations are highly popular.
If your have any more questions about your trip, please, stop by, Sarah. We are here to help make your dreams come true!
May the magic be with you,
Julie
