I am arriving on a Sunday afternoon. I will need to get a DAS pass. My first day in the park will be Monday. Is it possible to get my DAS pass on Sunday afternoon. I understand you have to get them at Guest Services at the parks. Is that inside the gates?

    Hi Alexis!

I'm so happy to hEAR you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth very soon. I'm sure you're counting down the days until you're immersed in the magic of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation - there's so much to see, do, and experience for Guests of all ages!

Disney goes above and beyond to provide an inclusive environment and accessible, fun experiences for all Guests. Disability Access Service is offered by Walt Disney World theme parks to assist Guests with disabilities and help them have the most magical experience possible during their visit. Please note: Guests with a disability based on the necessity to use a wheelchair or scooter will not need a DAS, as they will either be able to wait in the standard queue or receive a return time at the entrance to the attraction. DAS is designed for and offered to Guests whose disability prevents them from waiting in the standard queue environment.

To receive DAS accommodations, Guests must visit Guest Relations in person, on-site. When you first arrive at any of Walt Disney World's four theme parks, simply stop by the Guest Relations Main Entrance location to speak to a Cast Member regarding your specific needs.

Guest Relations can be found in the following locations:

The helpful Cast Members at Guest Relations will be happy to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have further questions before you arrive, please feel free to reach out to Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.

I hope this helps you plan and prepare for your upcoming visit!
