Hi Lisa! Happy new year! I bet you can’t wait for 2025! Starting the new year with a splash on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, a trip through the Grid on TRON Lightcycle / Run, or blasting into outer space aboard Space Mountain sounds like a great beginning to 2025!
Yes, Tuesdays traditionally tend to be a little less crowded at
Magic Kingdom Park. Many Guests plan long weekends at the
Walt Disney World Resort, making Friday through Monday a bit more crowded than other days of the week.
If the special event resulted in an early park closure, similar to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, when the parks close at 6:00 PM, then I would recommend visiting the park that day as it tends to be less crowded on a party day. However, with Magic Kingdom Park remaining open until 9:00 PM, I don’t imagine many Guests changing their plans to visit the park. Additionally, if Monday is the last day of a family’s vacation, they might choose to go to Magic Kingdom Park as their final park which could result in the park being more crowded on Monday.
I recommend keeping your plans to visit Magic Kingdom Park on Tuesday! You might also find that some of the holiday crowds have come down from the Christmas Day and New Year’s highs. Have a magical visit and a great 2025!
Dreams do come true!
