We are arriving on 11/17 and staying at POR. We have booked two rooms. My husband and I will be arriving by car and my son and his family are flying and using the express bus. Can we check into both rooms before they arrive? We need adjoining rooms.

Hi Cynthia! What you will need to do is to add your name to your son's room and add your credit card to that room. This can be done to where you work with the front desk to reverse that check in charge for the second room back to your son's credit card. They don't love doing this but it is possible and we have done it in the past so we could have our kid's rooms ready for them when they arrived.  If you are wanting adjoining rooms that means they will be next to each other and you will need to use the hall doors to get from one room to the other. If you want connecting rooms then they will be connected by an interior door and you don't need to go into the hallways.  Which ever you prefer please call reservations and make sure that is noted on your reservation for the two rooms so you are linked in the system.
