Arriving 8-16 staying at POP century - room only. Interested in PAP. Best to purchase 5 day pass and then wait till arrival to upgrade pass. Want to be able to do fastpass+ 60 days out. I am confused as to how to take advantage of benefits of PAP.thks

    Hello Jacalyn!

Becoming an Annual Passholder was the best decision I made this past year. Aside from saving on theme park tickets for my Walt Disney World vacations, I also enjoy the discounts on rooms, food, tours, and merchandise. I did exactly what you are suggesting as far as purchasing a theme park ticket in advance and then upgrading to an Annual Pass, or in your case, a Premium Annual Pass.

You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, which will then allow you to make FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance with your Disney Resort hotel reservation. Then once you use the ticket, you can upgrade to a Premium Annual Pass at Guest Relations and begin using all your Passholder benefits!

If you have any other questions, please come back and visit us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you have many magical vacations!
