    We will be arriving at All Star Music on June 17th. If we skip Mousekeeping and opt for the gift card, can we still get new towels and toiletry items as we need them? How would that work? We are so excited, thanks!!!!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for visiting us with your awesome question about the Service Your Way program at Walt Disney World Resort. I can sense the excitement in your question — and it makes me so happy for you! Your vacation is just days away. Woo-hoo!

    The Service Your Way program is available at all Walt Disney World Resort value hotels and moderate hotels. By using this program you will be able to decline housekeeping services during your Disney Resort hotel stay.

    Elizabeth, Service Your Way allows you to decline housekeeping services, but you will still be eligible to receive fresh towels and toiletry items when needed. Simply dial housekeeping on your Disney Resort hotel Guest room telephone and a friendly Cast Member will deliver fresh towels and toiletry items directly to your Guest room. However, your room will not be vacuumed and your beds will not be made for you if you choose to use Service Your Way.

    As part of the Service Your Way program, you will receive a Disney Gift Card based on the length of your Disney Resort hotel reservation. If you choose to use the Service Your Way program, you will receive a $10 per night credit. You will receive this credit for all nights of your stay, except for the last. At the present time, Guests cannot decline housekeeping services on the night of their Disney Resort hotel check-out.
