We are arriving soon and I would like to send snacks ahead of time. Is it possible to send a "Care Package" to our hotel before we arrive. If so what needs to be on the label and is there a fee for doing this?

    Hi Maryann,

Great plan! Yes, you absolutely can send a package to yourself which will be waiting for you when you arrive. To do so, you will need to put the physical address of whichever Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you are staying in. You would then add the following to the front of the package:

HOLD FOR GUEST ARRIVAL: Guest Name = (with the name of the registered guest listed)
    ARRIVAL DATE:

In addition to sending snacks, I recommend that you ship sunblock as well. It is much cheaper back home and you will definitely want to have some.

There is no fee for sending a package to yourself. When you arrive at your resort, you will simply tell the front desk clerk that you should have a package waiting. I recommend that you use priority mail with tracking so you will know that it has been delivered.

If you need assistance locating the correct address for your resort, simply send me a follow-up question with with hotel you are staying in and I would be happy to help. .

    Wishing you magical memories,
