Disney's Magical Express

    Hello, we are arriving on September 27, we are using old magic bands from COVID canceled trips.how do know if our magical express reservation is linked to the band? Thank you very much.

    Hi Kevin, 

    Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here at planDisney with your question about Disney's Magical Express.  My family and I love using Disney's Magical Express Service, it is a great way to get to and from Orlando International Airport to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  

    If you have added your flight information to Disney's Magical Express the information should be transferred to your MagicBand automatically if the MagicBand is linked and active in your My Disney Account.  I would suggest bringing your Disney's Magical Express confirmation letter with you just to be safe, but if the information is updated in your My Disney Experience Account you should be all set.  If you are a worrier like me,  you could also call Disney's Magical Express at 1 (866) 599-0951 and speak with a Cast Member to confirm that your information is updated.  

    When you arrive at Orlando International Airport and have picked up your luggage, head to Disney's Magical Express Service in Terminal B, Level 1.  A Cast Member will scan your MagicBand and direct you to the queue for your motorcoach.
