Arriving Sept 20 for 5 nights. How cool does it get at night? Do I need a light jacket or a heavy sweatshirt?

The weather in September is quite warm and fairly sticky.  Nobody in my family has ever felt the need for a jacket or sweatshirt during our September Disney trips. My girls and I tend to get chilly pretty easily because we're from Arizona and any hint of chill in the air sends shivers through our bodies.  I guess that's to be expected when our internal thermometers are set to desert temps!

I think you're safe leaving your sweatshirts at home.  And, should I be wrong and a cold front passes through, then at least you have a good excuse to buy a new Mickey sweatshirt!

Meet the Panelist: Darcie, Alabama

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
