Hi Moms, arriving 30 Sept for approx 2 week stay at WDW. Wondering what the weather will be like, especially in terms of humidity? We have never travelled to a location that is tropical, currently in the middle of winter in Australia with frosty mornings

My family almost always visits during the month of September, Daphne.  I can tell you from experience that the weather will be quite humid then and will certainly be a departure from your frosty Aussie mornings.  The days will feel very warm (and wet)--perfect for splashing around in the resort pool or water parks.  Thunderstorms aren't out of the ordinary, so do bring ponchos to use.  As I said, we almost always visit during September, so obviously the heat and humidity is tolerable for us.  I'm sure you'll do fine, too.  Have a great visit!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
