    We will be arriving on Saturday October 13th. We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. Can we check in at 6 am and get our tickets and dining plan package and then come back in the afternoon to get in our room?

    Hello, Holly!

    You must be so excited for your upcoming stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort! It's just around the corner!

    There will be Cast Members manning the check-in desk 24/7 at your resort, so you'll be able to check-in as early as you'd like. In fact, if you'd like to save yourselves even more time, I suggest that you utilize the online check-in service which will enable  you to provide detailed information normally done on property the time of check-in. Instead, if you do this online (not available until 10 days prior to check-in) your Key to the World Cards and welcome information will be already printed and set aside for your arrival. There is a special queue for Guests who've checked-in online, so look for the sign which will direct you to the proper line at check-in if you've already done so online.

    Either way, you'll be able to use your park passes, Dining Plan, the resort pool, etc., as soon as you arrive. Leave your bags with Bell Services and head off to the parks. A Cast Member will contact you when your room becomes available, so you'll be able to return later in the day, grab your gear and unpack, having already enjoyed your first day in Walt Disney World.
