Hi. We will be arriving at our resort several hours before the official check in time. What can we do with our three children prior to check in? Can we use the pool?

    Hi Maria!

What a fun question! I love how you are planning to maximize every moment you have at your Resort hotel!

I'm sure you must be so excited knowing you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days!

Great news! You absolutely can use the pools and other amenities at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel prior to your room being available. With your vacation starting in a few days, pool time sounds practically perfect in every way!

Make sure you have completed your online check-in before you arrive. If you opt in, you can receive a notification on your mobile device when your room is ready.

Depending on how much time you have, another option is to take the complimentary Resort transportation (bus or boat) to Disney Springs. It's a great area featuring shopping, dining and entertainment! It's great for all ages and offers something for everyone!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you have any other questions as you put the finishing touches on your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
