when arriving to your resort hotel can anyone who is 18+ check in or does the person who reserved the package have to do it?

    Hi, Isabel!

Any guest over the age of 18 that is listed on the reservation may check in to your resort hotel. I have even done this myself on a girls' weekend when my friend was the one that made the reservation, but as the first to arrive, I was able to go ahead and check in. Keep in mind, whoever checks in, will need their Magic Band and those are going to be sent to you as the reservation holder.

Walt Disney World® Resort has also been testing the ability for guests to go straight to their rooms and bypass checking in at the lobby altogether. To have this option, make sure you complete Online Checkin on your My Disney Experience Account - about 10 days prior to your arrival day you'll receive an email with further instructions on the straight-to-room option.

I hope this helps, Isabel! Please let us know if you should have any additional questions. We are here to help.
