April from TN Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We will be arriving at our resort before check in time, if our room is not ready can we leave our bags and have them delivered to the room?

Hiya April and welcome to planDisney!

Your arrival date is fast approaching and I know you want everything to be just right. When you reach your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, simply stop at the Bell Services counter in the lobby. They will tag your bags and you'll be free to move about the Walt Disney World Resort as you see fit. When you're ready for them, you can either go back there to grab them or have them brought up to your room.

Pro tip: Take advantage of the Online Check-In Service via the My Disney Experience app. Just tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. The Future Plans section is your next tap. Press the blue Start Check-In Now button beneath the name of your hotel and follow the prompts. On this page, you are asked to input an estimate of Your Resort Arrival time. There's a good chance your room may be ready sooner than you think!

Are you aware that you have picked an incredibly special day to start your vacation? In Magic Kingdom Park on March 9th crowds will be cheering and banners will be waving as the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade makes a triumphant return for the first time since the reopening. Make sure to camp out in Frontierland near the start of the parade where the crowds are a bit thinner.

April, I hope I've been of help to you today. If you have any other questions please feel free to stop by and chat!

    Safe travels!
