    We will be arriving to our resort, Caribbean Beach, later in the evening and I was wondering if we can we make a dining reservation for Sebastian's Bistro if we only want dessert?

    Hello Pamela! Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is an excellent choice for your home away from home! I recently had the chance to visit and really enjoyed it! I love the beach-themed resorts!

    While visiting Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort I had the opportunity to enjoy Sebastian's Bistro! Everything, including the dessert options, looked so good! You are certainly welcome to enjoy just dessert at Sebastian's Bistro. My favorite, without a doubt, was the Classic Mile High Key Lime Pie! Give it a try!

    Pamela, have fun at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort! I hope you enjoy going "Under the Sea" as you enjoy those delicious desserts at Sebastian's Bistro!
