    We are arriving to the resort from the airport at 9:30am. I read that the check-in time is at 3pm. I have an admissions reservation for the same day but we have our luggage. If I use the app to check-in will our room be available or what can I do?

In just a couple of days, you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Oh boy - the countdown is almost over! Jennifer, I'm here to help you and your club of Mouseketeers plan for a seamless arrival at your Disney Resort hotel.

    Using Online Check-in service in the My Disney Experience mobile app will allow you to access Direct-to-Room service to bypass the Front Desk at your Resort hotel. I encourage you to complete Online Check-in as soon as possible, specifying your anticipated arrival time of 9:30 a.m. Jennifer, though typical check-in times are 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m., entering your anticipated arrival time can enable Cast Members at your Disney Resort hotel to prepare a room for you as early as possible. As soon as your room is ready, you'll receive a notification on your mobile device with your room number and arrival instructions!

    If your Resort hotel room isn't ready upon your arrival, you're still in luck. I'm happy to inform you that Guests are welcome to store their luggage with their Resort hotel's Bell Services desk and head straight to the theme parks! Once your room is ready, you can opt to have your bags delivered to your room, or you may choose to pick them up from Bell Services once you return to your Resort hotel.

    Jennifer, as a Disney Resort hotel Guest, you can enjoy the early theme park entry benefit! That means you'll be able to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before their scheduled opening. I recommend using this time to experience the more popular attractions which typically have longer wait times during the day. This benefit allows Guests of Disney Resort hotels to maximize their time in the theme parks!
