    Arriving at Pop Century on 4/2/12. I did online check in this morning, and put in two requests. I got a message saying WDW was not accepting special room assignment requests. Is it because we going during a very busy time? Is there a number I can call?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    I'm sorry to hear you couldn't put in a room request.  I suggest calling Pop Century directly, but not until about 3 days before your check-in date.  It won't do any good to call in much earlier than that.  You can call Pop Century directly at (407) 938-4000.
