We will be arriving at the Pop Century on Oct 15th. I want to request a King room. WHo do I call to make that request? Is there a direct line to Pop Century and when would I call to do that? It's just my husband and myself. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Allie!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

You should have the request added to your reservation by calling Disney directly; however, you can also just wait until about 3 days before check-in and call Pop Century directly. Don't call earlier than that as they most likely won't have your reservation information yet (it is held in a central location and not out at the resorts). The direct phone number for Pop Century is (407) 938-4000.

Pop Century is my favorite Disney Value Resort so I think you made a great decision. Good luck with your request and please write back if you have any more questions!
