We will be arriving at the Polynesian on 9/10 with a 3.5 year old and 13 month old twin boys. I know I can ship a box (with diapers, wipes etc.) to my hotel ahead of time but what is the size limit on the box? There are many to choose from...

    Hi Linda:

I spoke to the package room at the Polynesian Resort, and they will hold large packages for you.  They've seen "large" packages shipped for Resort Guests before, but they were not able to provide any standard, such as maximum height or weight limit to the package. So let common sense prevail.  It seems that so long as you are not shipping yourself a grand piano or baby elephant, you should be fine.

Of course, on the package, write your name, note that you are a "guest," and include the date of your arrival. Although probably belts and suspenders, I suggest also writing a note saying "hold for arrival." When you check in, ask for your package. I would bring confirmation numbers from your shipper with you just in case the package needs to be traced for some reason.

    Enjoy your vacation.
