we are arriving at poly and staying in dcv studio (std view) for 1 night, then switching to lake view for 4 nights. since there are 2 res #'s, we will have 2 different magic bands. Can we link them together so we only need to bring 1 set?

Hi again Danny, and thanks so much for continuing to allow us to assist with your vacation planning. Your trip is getting so close...before too long you will be hEARing that wonderful greeting "Welcome Home" as you arrive at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

While you definitely have the option of ordering a new MagicBand for each separate room reservation at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, if you wish, you can decline MagicBands for your second reservation. The MagicBand from your first room reservation will continue to work throughout your stay, and in relation to all future stays as long as you do not deactivate it from your My Disney Experience account. MagicBands batteries will last approximately two years before they need to be retired and deactivated from your account.

Before declining a second MagicBand though, you may wish to consider if anyone in your travel party would like a back-up MagicBand, perhaps in another color, especially for any fashion-conscious guests who like to choose their daily MagicBand to coordinate with their outfit. My teenage daughter, for instance, typically brings a whole rainbow of MagicBands along with her from past vacations on every trip!

Danny, should you have any other questions as you continue the countdown to your vacation, please let us know. We are here to help.

    Aloha!
