Disney's Magical Express

    We are arriving at 7pm, but not checking into the Polynesian until the next day. We are staying at the hotel right there at the airport. Will/Can the Magical Express take our checked bags and hold them at the Polynesian until we check in the next day?

    Hi, Ryan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. While I am always super anxious to arrive at our Walt Disney World Resort hotel to begin our magical adventures as soon as possible, I can certainly appreciate the convenience that the airport hotel provides! I have several friends who have stayed there when they have had late flights into Orlando International Airport. It has allowed them to get some needed rest before hopping aboard Disney's Magical Express the next morning, fully refreshed and ready for all of the magic that awaited them!

    All guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels are entitled to complimentary use of Disney's Magical Express on their check-in and check-out dates. To set this up without having a flight arriving on the day you plan to check in at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, you will need to call (866) 599-0951. The Cast Members will ask your preferred time to travel to the resort and can reserve your seats on a motorcoach heading to the resort at a time closest to it. I recommend that you do not affix the yellow Disney's Magical Express tags to your luggage. Instead, pick them up from the baggage carousel and carry them with you to your room for the night. The next morning, you can either drop them off with the Cast Members at the Disney's Magical Express main desk or have the motorcoach driver assist you with loading them under the motorcoach for the ride to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. If you check them at the desk, then they will be sent over to the resort in a few hours and will automagically be delivered to your room when it is ready.
