I will be arriving 2/22/16 at 5pm at airport and am staying @ Pop Century. I then have dinner reserves @ 810 @ Cape May Cafe. Will it be best to take a bus to EPCOT and then grab another bus to Beach Club? FWIW, I am in a power wheelchair. Thanks very much

    Hi Nancy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question!

3 hours between your arrival at Orlando International Airport and your dining reservations at Cape May Café at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is going to be awfully tight, especially if you’re planning to use Disney’s Magical Express to get to Disney’s Pop Century Resort. What I would recommend instead would be to ask your Resort’s Concierge to call a taxi for you that will be able to take you and your wheelchair directly to Disney’s Beach Club Resort in order to ensure that you’ll be on time for your dining reservation.

If you do want to try to get around using Disney Transportation, please note that buses don’t usually run from the front of Epcot to Disney’s Beach Club Resort, so you may have to take a bus to Epcot and then cross through all the way to the International Gateway in order to reach your destination. I would recommend instead taking a bus to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and then taking the boat to Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

Hope this helps you plan your upcoming visit! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
