    We will be arriving by plane in the p.m. for our Aug vacation, We have reservations for a 7:30 meal at Chef Mickey's but we're wondering what else we might do after supper without going into a park to get our vacation started off in a magical way?

    Hi, Chris!   After Chef Mickey's, one of our favorite things to do in the evenings is take the monorail over to the Polynesian and sit on the beach.   There are hammocks, porch-type swings, and lots of sand for the kids to dig in!   If you time it right, you will hear music from the Luau, see the Electric Water Pageant go by, or view the Wishes fireworks from the Magic Kingdom.     It is a magical way to spend your first evening without wearing everyone out!    I have Chef Mickey reservations next week, and this is my family's plan after we finish dinner.  It is a great way to spend the evening!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio!
