    Arriving 2/1/25 is there a parking fee for guests staying at and parking a rental car at Art of Animation?

    Hi there Lisa,

    Welcome to planDisney! It looks like your Disney World vacation is just around the corner, let's talk about Parking. 

    Over the years, Disney Resort parking policies have seen some changes, but I’m happy to share that standard self-parking is currently complimentary for all Disney Resort Guests - even if you’re using a rental vehicle! When you arrive at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you'll stop at the security booth. You'll need to share your name (they will use it to confirm the reservation) and then you can find a place to park your rental car in the lot. My travel party often rents a vehicle when flying to MCO and we have never had a problem parking at our Disney resort. 

    If you choose to drive to the theme parks, you'll also receive complimentary standard parking. When you arrive at the parking area, you can show the Cast Member your MagicBand, Key to the World Card or My Disney Experience App and you'll be on your way! 

    Here’s a handy tip: If you’re driving a personal or rental vehicle at Walt Disney World Resort, take advantage of the Car Locator feature in the My Disney Experience app. This tool lets you quickly save your vehicle’s parking details, making it easier to find your car after an exciting day in the parks - your feet will thank you!
