We are arriving at 10:05 in to Orlando, and staying at the Carribean Beach Resort. We don't have dinner reservations until 5:55 at Chef Mickey's, is it realistic to get to Animal Kingdom and do everything there before leaving for dinner?

    Hi Dawn,

Oh, I bet you are so excited about your Walt Disney World vacation!  Okay, you said the key word - realistic.  It is realistic to arrive at your resort around 12:00 p.m., check-in, go to your room and put up your carry on luggage and make it back to the bus stop around 12:45 p.m.  It may then take you around 20 - 30 minutes to wait on a bus and arrive at Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Not quite sure if you will be able to do everything because you can never "do" everything in one trip!  There's soooo much to do at each Theme Park!!

Overall, I think you do have a "realistic" plan.  Remember, you can take Disney's complimentary transportation (bus) to Disney's Contemporary Resort for your 5:55 p.m. reservation at Chef Mickey's.  I do hope you have a magical, "realistic" time at Disney!
