I will be arriving in Orlando before the rest of my party. I plan on heading to my Disney resort before them, and wish to check in at that time. I am not the person who booked the vacation, however, so will I need to wait for the person that booked it?

    Hi Will,

Thank you so much for asking your question here on the Moms Panel. if you arrive before your party, you may be allowed to check into the room. The Guest who books the reservation will have to make sure that your name is listed, and will have to annotate that you will be the first to arrive. If that's taken care of, Guest Services should have no problem checking you into the Resort. I suggest that the Guest in charge of the reservation call to make sure this is annotated. While it's possible to add it as a note through their My Disney Experience account, chatting directly with a Cast Member will yield better results. Here is the number for Reservations: (407) 939-1936.

I hope this answers your question, Will. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask u at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
