We will be arriving in Orlando by plane and getting the magic bus. Will our luggage come with us,

    Welcome, Pauline!

Disney makes it so easy and convenient for guests arriving at the Orlando International Airport to make their way directly to their Disney Resort by riding Disney's Magical Express. That is when our vacation truly begins for my family. The moment we scan our MagicBands at the touch pad to check in for the Magical Express signals to us that it's time for the magic to begin!

If you'd like Disney to take care of delivering your luggage to your resort room, simply attach the Disney luggage tags that you'll receive in the mail prior to your trip, to your bags before you check them in at your home airport. Once in Orlando, Disney's representatives will pull those bags before they even get to the luggage carousel and send them on to your resort. They'll be waiting for you in your resort room later that day. Since you might want to head out to explore upon arriving at the resort, you will want to keep any "must-have's" in your carry-on bags, so you have access to them immediately if necessary.

Now, if you'd prefer to pick up your own luggage at the baggage carousel and bring those on the Magical Express with you, you may certainly do so. Just don't put the Disney luggage tags on prior to your trip, then be sure to pick up your bags when you arrive and bring them with you to the Magical Express check-in.

I hope that helps as you continue to plan for this magical adventure, Pauline!
