Tabatha from Norway Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, we will be arriving in Orlando on the last day of Easter (31. March 2024). I would like to buy 2 annual passes for myself & my son. We do not live in the USA. Could we have problems entering the parks without reservations?

Hey Tabatha and welcome to planDisney. I am so glad you will be spending some time in the warm weather of Orlando with Mickey and the rest of the Sensational Six. You are your son will have a fabulous time. I know you will experience all the thrills and excitement as you go to "infinity and beyond."

The best option is to purchase a 2-Day ticket online from Norway and make your theme park reservation now. Then when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort visit any ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to upgrade your ticket to the Disney Incredi-Pass. They will apply the value of the 2-Day ticket to the cost of the annual pass. Awesome!

You could also wait until you are in the United States to purchase a Walt Disney World Annual Pass at any ticket window, at Disney Springs, online, or through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Most residents outside of the State of Florida must purchase a Disney Incredi-Pass and the benefits are outstanding. However, you will have to wait until you arrive to make a theme park reservation and it is possible, however unlikely, that all the theme parks will be at capacity. Please note that Walt Disney World Passholders must have a theme park reservation to enter Magic Kingdom Park on Saturday and Sunday.

planDisney Pro Tip: One thing I would try to do is make advance Dining Reservations online. These can be made 60 days in advance for all Guests on day at a time. Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel may make advance dining reservations for their entire trip (up to 10 days) 60 days before their check-in date.

Tabatha, there's a great big beautiful tomorrow and your trip will be here before you know it. Please write me back directly with any follow-up questions about this topic or any other Disney adventure.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
