We are arriving Orlando very early morning before we can check in at Swan Reserve. We are planning to visit Epcot after landing Orlando. Can we use the ferry to Swan Reserve hotel? Is room key needed to get onto the ferry?

Hello Xiaoying! That’s a great question! It sounds like you are ready to get your vacation started!

Like you, I also enjoy arriving as early as possible at the Walt Disney World Resort! That usually means arriving before my resort room is accessible. When I arrive early, I leave my luggage with Bell Services at the resort hotel. Then it is time to head to the parks!

You can begin to use the transportation that is available through your resort hotel even if you haven’t officially checked in to your room. You can also use the transportation options that are available through Disney Transportation as well!

You can also walk from the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve to EPCOT. Use the crosswalk to cross the street to the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and use the walkway to Disney’s Boardwalk and continue on to EPCOT!

Have a great visit to the beautiful Walt Disney World Swan Reserve!

    Dreams do come true!
