We will be arriving in orlando the day before we leave on our disney dream cruise from port canaveral. What hotel does disney use so that we can be shuttled from the hotel to the ship and upon returning from the cruise back to the hotel. thank you

    Hi, Carol!

Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard the Disney Dream -- you're smart to stay at least one night the day before you embark and after debarkation.  It makes for a smoother transition.

I have a couple of recommendations for you. Regardless, you're going to need to consider ground transportation back and forth to the Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal.  Disney Cruise Line (DCL) can arrange this for you for about $70 per person round trip -- either from the hotel at the Orlando International Airport (Hyatt Regency) or from any Walt Disney World WDW resort. You can call (800) 951-3532 to make those arrangements as well as book Pre- and/or Post-Cruise Hotel Packages at the WDW resort. Of course, you'll need to contact the Hyatt Regency directly to obtain prices and amenities if you'd like to stay there.

Hopefully, that will give you an idea of how you can spend your time before and after your Disney cruise. Let me know what else I can do to help. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
