Hi, I am arriving in Orlando a day before my check in at Old Key West I know they have a later checkin but i was wonder if i could request an earlier one. I will be arriving at the resort early with groceries and need a place to put them.

    Hi, Jennifer!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort will be here before you know it!

If your room at Disney’s Old Key West Resort isn’t ready at the time you arrive to check in, you can always store your luggage and groceries with Bell Services, who will hold your items (including perishables) until they can be delivered to your room. However, if I’m reading your question correctly, it sounds like you may be arriving in Orlando a full day prior to the date of your reservation (versus just very early the morning of the reservation). If that is the case, it may be better to move your check-in date to the same day as your arrival or consider using a grocery delivery service instead—that way your food can be delivered fresh whenever you need it and you won’t have to worry about overnight storage arrangements.

I hope this helps, Jennifer. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
