Hi Moms. I am arriving at Orlando airport at 9:00AM and staying at the Wilderness Lodge. I know I could leave our luggage with bell services and go to a park, but can I check in early instead? We also have a late flight out. Can we check out late?

Hi Jessica, Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

You can always request an "Early Check-In" and a "Late Check-Out". The early check-ins are generally based on availability and depend if a room is cleaned and ready when you arrive. Usually if the Resort was full the night before, the chance of an early check-in is not likely. However, at non-peak times, it is a possibility. The late check-outs are at the discretion of housekeeping and depend if the room is booked for someone arriving the day you check out. If so, they'll need to get it cleaned up and ready for the next guest. I've been able to extend my departure time from 11:00am to 1pm before, but that was as late as I could get. It is usually a case-by-case basis and it never hurts to ask.

The Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful Resort, I hope you thoroughly enjoy your vacation!
