Will be arriving on October 23rd and have asked for connecting rooms. Is it advisable to do on-line check in or should we wait until we arrive?

    Hi Rose!

Love, love, love Walt Disney World in October!  I would absolutely call 1-407-WDISNEY and make sure that they have both of your reservations linked together with a "travel with" number.  This will ensure that the room assigner knows that your two parties are travelling together.  It is also important to note that you would like "connecting" rooms if you need a door between the two rooms.  Or, if you prefer to just be next door, ask for "adjoining."  While they can't guarantee connecting or adjoining rooms, it certainly doesn't hurt to ask for them!

I would absolutely take advantage of the Online Check In service, as you will have a chance to speak to a Cast Member when you arrive to pick your welcome packet with your park tickets, etc.  I would mention your desire for connecting rooms at this time as well - you can even offer to wait for a room that hasn't been cleaned yet, if it means getting the rooms that you would like.  Best of luck!
