    I am arriving in Oct 2011with my 6 years old twins, and an 8 y.o., staying via RCI exchange. Am I allowed to purchase a meal plan? If so, does it include the Hoop de doo and all the other great places to eat?

    Hi Lyn! The Disney Dining Plan is for guests booked with a Magic Your Way Package and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members. I would suggest that you contact your Time Share Company that arranged the exchange for details on what the exchange offers and/or entitles you and your family to enjoy while staying at Walt Disney World Resort. Hope this helps.
