Arriving on Oct, 6th. I´m going alone with my 11 yo daughter and a 6 yo son. This is their life dream, I cry every time I see their happy faces counting down the days to go...I wanna do their trip as magical as possible. Can you help?

Just being at Walt Disney World will be magical for you and your children!  I am just as excited for you when reading your comments about how your children are counting down the days!

Make sure they have the chance to meet and greet characters. Each park will have opportunities but one of my favorites is just to the right of the fountain in Future World at EPCOT.  This is a great location to meet and greet all the major Disney characters and get their autographs and pictures taken withe them. I suggest you get there early when the park opens as the line can get long.

Many families give their kids Disney dollars or a Disney gift card, both can be purchased at most locations on property, and this way they can shop on their own and purchase something special for them to remember their great trip.

Consider a trip to Downtown Disney to design their own t-shirts at the Hanes store and also design their own ears!  While you are there you can all take a flight in the new hot air balloon to see an incredible view of the Disney property!

You can also purchase many other great things to make a trip special and they cover all budgets.  Please click HERE and read through ALL seven pages of ideas.  This will cover in room celebrations, cakes, tours, and other events that might interest you to add to your Disney visit!
