i am arriving oct.8 and departing oct. 12. Due to fantasmic and no dining avaiable this is my itinerary. thurs. epcot, Fri.ak my bday, sat. mk, sun hw and mon mk plane leaves at 7pm . we also have a rental car. please help. is this ok

    Oreal,

That sounds like a wonderful vacation.  You are getting a full day and a half at Magic Kingdom and hitting all of the other parks.  You should call now and see if you can get any last minute reservations that match up with the parks that you plan on visiting.  Epcot has so many wonderful restaurants that it is usually easier to get a reservation there with little notice.  You can also try to eat earlier or later in the day.  Many times you can get into a nice table service restaurant for a 2pm lunch and then just grab a light dinner at a counter service establishment.

Overall, know that you don't need an iron clad itinerary to visit WDW.  Your main goal should be to escape form your day-to-day life, relax, and unwind.  Getting to go on every attraction does not guarantee a wonderful trip, but sometimes trying to experience it all can cause a lot of stress.  My advice is to experience part of it and spend your five days smiling and laughing.

    All the best

I have been fortunate enough to be on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel since 2008.  As a Disney World enthusiast, I can’t imagine a greater opportunity.  My husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and I visit WDW a few times a year.
