Arriving on the Nov 3rd and staying at a value resort, but will not go to the parks until the 4th due to arriving in the afternoon. Buying 5 day park hopper tickets. Do we get to specify what days we want our tickets for when booking our trip?

That's a great question, Christy.  I hope I can offer you an equally great, concise answer!  Your park hopper tickets are not dated.  You will be given park tickets that (unless you purchase the no expiration option) will expire fourteen days after the first use.  What that means is that you can choose not to use that first park day until November 4th and you can use the remaining four park days at any point between the 4th and the 18th.  When and how you choose to use your park days is completely up to you.  Does that make sense?  I hope I've cleared things up for you!
