    We will be arriving Nov.6 and will go to Micky's Very Merry Christmas Party on the 9th. Will we be able to get the full Disney Christmas experience,decorations ,etc at all the Resorts and Disney Springs, starting on Nov.6?

    Hi Carolyn!

    November is one of my favorite times to come to Walt Disney World for a visit as the weather has finally started to cool off and the rains are less frequent. Crowds vary but it is usually not crazy busy either.

    It is great you will be there to enjoy the fun Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party as it starts off the holiday season with a lot of pixie dust in the Magic Kingdom. When you walk down Main Street and see the snow falling from above it just gets you into the spirit of the season. The Magic Kingdom park will be set and all the decorations will be out so guests can enjoy it during the parities. However, many of the resorts are slower to unveil their holiday decorations so you will likely be too early for some of that. Generally the famous gingerbread house in the Grand Floridian and the chocolate carrousel at the Beach Club will be out closer to Thanksgiving.

    This certainly can change from year to year as nothing has a set time line when it comes to decorating the property. You might go to bed one night and wake up to find your resort decked in jingle bells and holly. Last year the large Christmas Tree that goes up every year in front of the Hollywood Studios park was up and decorated the day after Halloween.

    Because the decorations do not evolve on specific dates it is impossible to tell you what you might be able to enjoy during your stay. But it is also fun to be surprised and see things change daily.
