Hello. We are arriving next week and curious if anyone listed on the reservation can check in. My brother who booked the reservation is flying in at a later hour than my mom and I so hoping we can get in the room before he arrives.

Hi Shelby! You must all be so excited about your Walt Disney World vacation. Just a few days and you will be in a magical place where you can forget everything back home.

If your name is on the reservation you may check in when you arrive even if your brother was the one who made it initially. Head right to your resort and go through the check-in process and if your room is not ready they will text you the room number as soon as it is cleared. This is a great process since you won't have to go back and stand in a line to get the information. Your magic band should work at this point as your room key and you can get settled and relax.

When your brother arrives he can stop at the front desk to make sure his magic band is linked and also if he wants to put his own credit card down for his expenses on his account. They can do that for all of you at the front desk. Here is some more great information about Resort check-in procedures.
