Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are arriving at the New DVC Kidani Village on May1,2009 at 5:30AM, since the hotel is opening on that day will there be people there to check us in & take our luggage at that time. If not, what time will they be opening? will pool be open that day

    Hi Kim,

    First of all let me tell you that I am green with envy that you will be one of the first guests to experience Kidani Village at the Animal Kingdom Villas!

    The resort is scheduled to open May 1, 2009 and although sections of guest rooms are being opened in phases, you can expect that the main part of the resort will be ready for you!  The entire main floor, lobby, registration, restaurants and feature pool will all be open and available for you to enjoy during your stay.  Official check in is not until 4 P.M. so bell services will be available should your room not be available upon check in.
