I will be arriving just after MVMCP ends. Do you know if they continue the special firework show and parade until the end of the year?

    Hi Rachel,

The holiday season is simply such a special time to visit Walt Disney World and there are so many wonderful events to celebrate the joy of the season. You can find holiday magic to enjoy at each of the theme parks and at Disney Springs. The happy news to share is that even though you're arriving after Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party event dates wrap-up, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is scheduled through the end of the year. I expect you'll also be able to enjoy the spirit of the season with the fireworks spectaculars as well. One of my personal favorite Walt Disney World holiday traditions is watching and experiencing the beautiful Candlelight Processional at Epcot, and you'll be happy to hear that performances are scheduled to continue through December 30. You have lots of holiday magic awaiting you.

Rachel, here's wishing you a very merry Christmastime at Walt Disney World!

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
