Hello Kim! Thank you so much for visiting us here on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. The food court at Disney's Pop Century Resort opens at 6:30 a.m. every morning. You will be able to enjoy a great breakfast here prior to heading on over to the parks. They offer a variety of breakfast favorites, so everyone in your family will be able to enjoy a great breakfast in order to tackle a full day at the parks.
