Hi Vincent!
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I love
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' where the fried chicken is simply indescribably delicious. I'm visualizing all that must unfold for you to get your fried chicken. I won't say it's not doable, but I will say it feels a bit tight on time.
Here's my thinking. You arrive at 7:30. You need time to disembark and walk down to Ground Transportation to check-in for
Disney's Magical Express and wait to board. Travel time is typically about 45 minutes to Walt Disney World, and the motorcoach will stop at neighboring resort hotels as needed to drop off Guests. Once you arrive at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, you need to get to Disney Springs. You need time to walk from the Town Center bus stop to the restaurant.
Now, you could speed up your plans. You can do online check-in. You can have Disney's Magical Express bring your checked bags to your room. You can keep any carry-on bags with you. You can ride the
Minnie Van Service. Do all these and you could step off Disney's Magical Express and head straight to Disney Springs. Hopefully, though, you can see why I say it feels a bit tight on time.
As someone who prefers not to rush, I'd make reservations at one of the
BoardWalk-area restaurants, including those on the BoardWalk itself, at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, or Walt Disney World Swan Hotel.
Enjoy your Disney!
Jerry
