    Arriving May 6th-POFQ Re: boat to Downtown Disney, how late does it run back to the resort from downtown? Does boat stop at hotels along the way to DTD and if so, can we get off and explore those hotels? Does boat go to any parks from POFQ? Thx so much!

    Hi Roxanne,

    My family enjoyed a stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside last year and loved being able to take the boat from our Resort hotel to Downtown Disney.

    The boat service which travels between Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Downtown Disney commences at 10.00am daily. The service runs approximately every 20 minutes until 4.30pm, and then every 10 minutes until 11.00pm.

    Once the boats have finished operating, you will need to use Disney's complimentary bus service in order to get back to your Resort hotel. Buses operate until 2.00 am from the Downtown Disney Area.

    You can absolutely get off the boat at Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to explore the Resort if you wish. There is also a walking path between the two Resort hotels.

    You will need to take a bus from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter to all of the other Disney Theme Parks and Water Parks.
