We will be arriving March 16th for a week. We have a 4 year old and a 9 month old. I thought I saw something about sending items to your hotel prior to arrival. Is this true? I was thinking of sending formula, food and diapers down. What are your thoughts?

Hi, Holly!  I think that's a great idea to ship formula, non-perishable food items and diapers down before you arrive.  You'll have to contact your resort, obtain the physical address and contact information and package/ship your items appropriately several days before your scheduled arrival date.  In addition, you'll need to contact the front desk management and let them know of your shipment and your arrival date so that they can hold your items for you.  Remember that WDW is a huge operation and that you need to check and double-check for something like this which may be out of the ordinary as far as guests' requests go.

My only other suggestion for you is to calculate your shipping costs plus the cost of your items in comparison to a site such as gardengrocers.com or other grocery stores who may deliver to WDW resorts. You're a smart mom....way to think ahead!  Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
